About the Council

The Advisory Council is a professional body with one official representative from each private school, working with TALINCU Global Talents & Innovations to design and continuously improve a complete school innovation ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

  • Approve the hackathon methodology: tracks, evaluation criteria, and learning outcomes.
  • Set the hackathon calendar and annual/semester execution plan.
  • Define needs: labs, tools, sponsors, and indicative budgets.
  • Approve the final showcase format and judging day operations.
  • Develop mentorship framework and team support programs.
  • Approve rewards and prizes: cash, in-kind, incubation, scholarships.
  • Define the selection process for international delegation.
  • Provide periodic recommendations to improve quality and governance.

Membership Conditions

  • One official representative per school.
  • Leadership/oversight role in innovation, STEM activities, or entrepreneurship.
  • Commitment to attend meetings and contribute to working groups.
  • Transparency and conflict-of-interest avoidance in judging and recommendations.
  • Provide brief school updates on team progress and needs.
  • Term is defined annually and may be renewed based on contribution.
