The Advisory Council is a professional body with one official representative from each private school, working with TALINCU Global Talents & Innovations to design and continuously improve a complete school innovation ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities
Approve the hackathon methodology: tracks, evaluation criteria, and learning outcomes.
Set the hackathon calendar and annual/semester execution plan.
Define needs: labs, tools, sponsors, and indicative budgets.
Approve the final showcase format and judging day operations.
Develop mentorship framework and team support programs.
Approve rewards and prizes: cash, in-kind, incubation, scholarships.
Define the selection process for international delegation.
Provide periodic recommendations to improve quality and governance.
Membership Conditions
One official representative per school.
Leadership/oversight role in innovation, STEM activities, or entrepreneurship.
Commitment to attend meetings and contribute to working groups.
Transparency and conflict-of-interest avoidance in judging and recommendations.
Provide brief school updates on team progress and needs.
Term is defined annually and may be renewed based on contribution.
