I have a good Experience as a school principal and school deputy for more than 6 years in STEM schools in different locations in STEM Egypt with a demonstrated history of working in education management field. WORK EXPERIENCE |
As a IATS Senior Specialist, I closely work with IATS unit Cairo team and schools’ officers to plan, and supervise implementation for all operation activities in all Workforce Egypt IATSs (International Applied Technology Schools), including leading multiple schools in the establishment, participating in planning and following up on the IT and infra structure for the IATSs. I lead the recruitment, hiring, selection, induction, training, and evaluation of teachers and administration team for IATSs, lead the development of and following up with student admissions process, analyze students’ progress, follow up with teachers' performance, supervise the organization of promotional event inside and outside of schools, design the required administrative audit and control. Also, I coordinate and align with the relevant teams in the Workforce Egypt such as quality team, curricula team, professional development and CDC team in IATS activities. This also includes managing the central paper filing system, coordinating the comprehensive database and the production of working papers and all IATS technical reports.
